• pH Increaser is used when your pH levels are reading too low. It is important to maintain a pH level of 7.2 to 7.4 to avoid scale build up within your hot tub and to ensure that your disinfectant (chlorine or bromine) is able to work effectively. Once the product has been added following the dosage instructions on the label, you should then run your jets for a full cycle to allow it to be evenly dispersed through the water.
  • Non Chlorine Shock is best used to treat green or cloudy water but is also used as a weekly shock dose to restore the activity of the chlorine or bromine. It is also useful to add a dose as per the directions on the packaging prior to heavy usage. After using the shock, run the jets for a full cycle to allow the chemical to evenly disperse through the water.
