Back in early 2022 we began looking for a hot tub for our holiday home in Cornwall. Local companies were unable to provide what we needed within our time frames so we looked further afield. From our first conversations with Nick it became clear to us that we were dealing with someone passionate about their products and services and dedicated to delivering a high level of customer service. Nick advised on the most appropriate hot tub for our situation which was specifically designed for use in holiday homes and the extra options available to us. It made sense for us to include an air source heat pump into our set up to help with the rising cost of electric. Nick delivered and installed the hot tub in good time and did an awesome job with the installation using some tricks of the trade to ensure the tub and ASHP were in the perfect location. The tub is running like a dream and has been a total game-changer for our holiday property. I cannot thank and recommend Nick enough and wish him and Southdown Spas all the best for the future.

I bought my hot tub from Nick just over two years ago and it has been much loved and well used! Recently I required a service and also had noticed a fault developing with not the tub not heating. Nicky and Ben from Southdown Spa came over really quickly to conduct a full service and to repair the heating fault. The fault was not a standard one, and they were determined to get it fixed for me at the lowest possible cost too! They certainly do know their stuff. We already had our spa, we needed it relocating and a full service as it had been standing, not in use, for almost 2 years. From the 1st call to Nick I was confident Nick was the man for the job. Nick did a visit and arranged it all with no issues. Nick and his team moved, connected and serviced within the morning. Very pleased to have found a local company so helpful and knowledgeable. Well what can I say?!.... We upgraded from a Lazy Spa Palm Springs and from the very first visit, to deciding which spa, there was no pressure to purchase from Southdown Spas. Very pleased with hot tub from southdown spa, staff really friendly and helpful. They went the extra mile to get it done before my mums birthday with was nice. Any questions we had after it was installed they answered over the phone or they came out to use on the same day to help. A1 service would recommend to everybody who is looking for a hot tub.

We Recently bought a Brand New Goodwood spa amazing bit of kit nice design and brilliant functionality easy to use and understand . Nick was very thorough when guiding us through on how to use it and use chemicals and brilliant after sale service We had a night mare with a previous company that supplied a sub standard tub and was dangerous to use and really had a bad time But nick and his company has restored out faith back in purchasing another hot tub and even the delivery went smoothly and didn’t take long at all I can’t Recommend southdown spas highly enough many thanks Mr and Mrs Searle.

Recently brought a 2nd hand spa. I was initially very skeptical about purchasing 2nd hand, however I had a lovely gentleman called Nick that that looked after me from start to finish. The spa I brought would have cost me in excess of £10,000 if purchased brand new, I payed a fraction of the price for a spa that still looks and feels as new. Thank you to the whole team at South Down Spa’s myself and my family are thoroughly enjoying our late evenings winding down.
